All those attending the LaICL 2023 Conference must register and pay the conference fee as described below:

👉🏻 If you missed the registration deadline and still wish to participate remotely, feel free to check out our programme and join us. Don’t forget to sign the presence list if you wish to receive a participation certificate.

Payment method

Only through bank transfer. All payment transactions should be in Euros to the bank account number indicated in the registration form. To complete your registration, please send proof of payment to Vírginia Lopes: virginiablopes@ua.pt.

Any bank charges incurred are to be paid by the participant. In the event of cancellation by participants, no refunds will be issued. If you have any queries or concerns about the registration process, please do not hesitate to contact us at estga-laicl@ua.pt.

Conference lunch

The Conference lunch will be held on the 29th of September and is not included in the fee. If you wish to participate, please book and pay for that option on your registration form. Cost: 25€/person.

Insurance and liability | The registration fee does not include personal or property insurance and the LaICL23 Organisation will not assume any responsibility for injury or damage to person or property throughout the duration of the event. Participants are therefore advised to make their own insurance arrangements as pleased (e.g., travel, valuable items, medical assistance, etc.) before travelling to the conference venue. If the conference is postponed or cancelled in its whole due to force majeure events, or due to circumstances not imputable to wrongful intent or gross negligence from the LaICL23 Organisation, the participants cannot hold the Organisation liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as (but not limited to) travel and accommodation costs or other indirect losses and consequential damages.
